A while ago a friend and I went to the Covent Garden Academy of Flowers to learn how to make hand tied bouquets. We had the most wonderful day. The Academy is really nice with helpful expert tuition. We were able to bring home beautiful hand tied bouquets in an aqua pack and presented in their elegant gift bags. The idea of a gift bag is useful because it means that the bouquet can easily be transported to the theatre or home. We had admiring glances on the tube and in the coffee shop ! An excellent and thoroughly recommended course. Have a look at their website they do lots of courses. I hope to do more as I so enjoyed this one. Here are a few images of the finished bouquet.
